Over the past several years something unprecedented has happened. Fleets of UFOs have been photographed and videotaped in different parts of the world. This has never happened before.

Consider this: Alfred Webre, is a Yale graduate, Fulbright scholar, lawyer, and judge on the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, and has spoken before the U.N.

Webre is also the director of the Institute for Cooperation in Space, and helped found Exopolitics... an approach to interacting with extraterrestrial beings.

Even more astonishing, is that Webre is on a mission to educate the world about the greatest news story in history: Humans not only share the universe with intelligent life, but these extraterrestrial species are about to make their presence known. And that's just the beginning.

"Earth is an object of interest to a larger universal society," Webre explained in an interview. "The science-based approach of Exopolitics shows that they have been showing themselves on the periphery because humanity has not been ready for the shock of revising their knowledge of reality."

Suggestion: While viewing videos, press the "pause" button from time to time to freeze the image frame. At some point, you'll get a clear picture.

When you do, it's plain to see that in many of the fleets (a) the objects are  white and spherical, and (b) the flight patterns of the objects vary in a random way. All of these characteristics argue against the objects being birds, as some have suggested.
